The Manager will oversee/manage day-to-day operations including building and playground maintenance and cleaning, office and environment supplies and ordering, employee scheduling, meal-prep and menu planning, and managing all licensure and other regulations compliance. The Manager will ensure all licensure (state, federal, and local) requirements are met, oversee the coordination of staff development and management, and ensure all student and staff files are complete and up-to-date.

Prior restaurant experience serving experience required. High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.Perform tasks including bussing tables, greeting and seating Guests, side work, and duties assigned by management.Īnswer phones and provide information as needed.Įnsure that all health and safety procedures are followed and adhered to at all times. Monitor open tables in POS throughout the shift to verify all Guest checks are accounted for. Take orders and process into point-of-sale (POS) system, and process Guest check at the end of the meal. Monitor the timeliness of delivery to tables, communicating with food runners when needed.Įnsure Guest satisfaction by performing food quality checks and responding immediately to Guest complaints or concerns. Pre-bus tables as dishes become available for clearing. Provide necessary condiments to Guests before the meals arrive. Make other menu recommendations, up-selling when possible including offering appetizers, desserts, and coffee or other beverages. Describe specials, promotions and featured menu items. Take food and beverage orders from Guests.
